We recommend looking at Airbnbs in the Danville area or a hotel in San Ramon or Walnut Creek. There are Marriotts, Hiltons, Best Westerns, etc. Those are the closest larger cities.
We live in Oakland, CA, which is about a 30 minute drive away. If you’d like to stay in Oakland, we recommend the Kissel Hotel.
If you’d like to stay in a stylish, Bay Area iconic hotel, we recommend the Claremont Hotel in Berkeley, which is also about 30 minutes away from Danville (and very close to where we live).
A midway place (between our home and the wedding venue) that’s nice is the Lafayette Park Hotel and Spa.
